Time to travel in time is the title of the book I have brought from my last trip in Germany. And it has a deep thought. Just listen attentively: Travel in time. When we travel abroad, we find out that every country has its own past, culture, history, cuisine and shows different ages.

Why free press is needed
Nowadays it is normal that everybody can express their opinions on various topics. I agree with this idea but it is rather argued among others. First of all, it lets people express their point of view without having any fears of being arrested. Will life be better in the future?
Firstly I want to say that our better life is tied with entering the Europe Union. People believe that life will change in couple years. In my opinion a lot of ranges of life for example payment, pensions on the other hand prices will change a lot too. Other good thing is that students will be able to work and to study in foreign countries more easier than now. I think it great possibility to thousands of student to get a good qualification, because I think there are a lot of very clever students in Lithuania who can become professionals of their range.

Young people in transition in lithuania
Due to the changing economic and social environment, the prestige of educated people has been increasing, thus, more and more young people seek better education. Out of the total number of schoolchildren who finished lower secondary school, almost all of them continued further studies (in 1992 - 94%). A bigger number of young people are inclined to work as high qualified specialists. Therefore, more schoolchildren, after finishing upper secondary schools, tend to seek further education. In 1998 the number of young people who continued studying was 20 000 (87%) out of 23 000 (62%).
